In one sentence

The client galleries, the booking page, the contracts, the invoices and your website — one product, wearing your name and none of ours.

Most studios are stitched together from a gallery service, a business manager and a website builder, each billed separately. This is one product, and the first tier of it is free.

Client galleries

A gallery that looks like your work, not like our software.

Start from a theme, then change anything: palette, type, cover treatment, grid, corner shape. The preview is live while you design, and the look can change after the gallery has been delivered.

34 gallery themes · 30 palettes · 14 cover styles · 28 font pairs

Client management

Inquiry to booked, without the juggling.

  • Contacts with full relationship history
  • A photography pipeline you can rename and reorder
  • Projects that hold dates, tasks, notes, and galleries
  • Automations that answer, remind, and follow up

One client record connects both — booking data flows into delivery, and gallery activity flows back into the relationship.

One job, start to finish

Five moments. One place to run them.

Every step below names something running today. Nothing on this page is a roadmap.

  1. 01

    The inquiry lands

A form on your own website creates the contact, opens the project, and sends your reply while you are still shooting.

  2. 02

    The date is held

Session types, real availability, and mini-session events with spots-left urgency — with the deposit stated up front.

  3. 03

    Signed and invoiced

Quote, contract, e-signature, and invoice, all from a single portal link your client never has to create an account for.

  4. 04

    The gallery lands

A cinematic cover, scene chapters, favorites, and downloads — under your brand, at a photographersofficehq.com/g link. Your own domain serves your website.

  5. 05

    You are paid

The card is charged on your own Stripe account. We take 0% of it, on every plan including Free.

Moment three, up close

One link for the quote, the contract and the invoice.

Your client opens the portal from an email, accepts the quote, signs on their phone, and pays the retainer by card — without creating an account. Every step writes back to the project, and the money lands in your own Stripe account.

  3. 03

    Booking

  4. 04

    Contracts, quotes and e-sign

  5. 05

    Pipeline and automations

A trigger → wait → action builder with photography-ready templates and an honest run history.

  6. 06

    Your website and blog

A multi-page portfolio site with a real blog and SEO tools, at a free address under your name.
